Invisalign treatments require 5, 6 or 8-day cycle changes of aligners. The Invisalign process has an unrivalled level of accuracy and highly personalised case management, so simply rounding up or down your aligner changes to the nearest week is not an option.

Fortunately, your phone’s calendar has a scheduling option that’s as bespoke as your new aligners!

The Calendar app in iPhones and Androids allows you to create CUSTOM daily reminders. First, open the calendar and create an event. Then click EDIT, select the REPEAT option, and choose CUSTOM. Now you can change the FREQUENCY to Daily, select EVERY and then just choose 5, 6 or 8 days. So simple, you’ll never forget to change your aligners again!
